Share your research, clinical projects or practice-based learning through a poster presentation.
Short presentations
A welcoming opportunity for early-career clinicians and researchers to share their work, learning and expertise. There is no fixed presentation length: sessions can be tailored to your contribution, up to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Explore a topic in greater depth or propose a practical workshop that shares expertise and supports learning across our community.

Poster presenters

841 mm wide × 1,189 mm high (33.1 × 46.8 inches).
Content
- Use the title of your accepted abstract.
- Include all authors, with the presenting author in bold, and institutional affiliations.
- Structure your poster around an introduction, methodology, results and conclusions.
- Include acknowledgements where applicable, funding disclosures and a conflict of interest statement.
Design
- Use clear fonts and concise text that is easy to read at a distance.
- Suggested minimum sizes: title 72 pt; section headings 40 pt; body text 24–28 pt.
- Ensure graphs are clearly labelled and readable.
- QR codes linking to full papers or supplementary material are welcome.
At the conference
- The presenting author must be registered.
- Print your poster and bring it with you. Mounting materials will be provided.
- Install and remove your poster within the designated times.
- Be available at your poster during the designated viewing session.
Oral presenters
Declare any conflicts of interest at the beginning of your presentation. Keep your disclosure slide visible long enough for the audience to read it.
Financial relationships
Disclose financial relationships during the 36 months before the event with manufacturers of products used in patient care or providers of commercial healthcare services.
