Dr Fotouhi is a medical doctor who graduated in Iran and i currently practicing in the United Kingdom. She has been working for the past four years as a Registrar in spinal cord injury rehabilitation at Stoke Mandeville Hospital, home to the internationally renowned National Spinal Injuries Centre - one of the world’s leading specialist units in spinal injury management and rehabilitation.
During her clinical career, she has developed extensive experience in the multidisciplinary management of complex spinal cord injuries, including acute care, long-term rehabilitation, and prevention of complications. Her work focuses on improving functional outcomes, enhancing quality of life, and supporting patient reintegration into the community.
