Naomi Bagwell is an Advanced Occupational Therapist and Lead Occupational Therapist for the children and young peoples SCI service at the National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

She has been in her current post at Stoke Mandeville Hospital for the past 20 years. Prior to this, Naomi worked with children and young people in the field of complex neurodisability.

She has many clinical interests, including the development and change as the child grows up. She also has interest in and clinical focus on upper limb management, including novel interventional approaches to increasing upper limb function in people with SCI. She is passionate about the importance of community reintegration and participation of young people after SCI, particularly in the field of education. Her interest lies in how this can be supported and promoted when living with SCI, enabling a young person to reach their full potential.
